Vision of Life
We are born then we live for a while and finally we depart. What’s the purpose of life? We toil all our life from childhood to adulthood until final years of life not really knowing where we are going. Life just seems to flow or should we say we live life in an ‘auto-pilot’ mode passing from one phase to another often without any clear vision or indication as to where our life leads us. There is no manual on ‘How to Live Life’. There is a few tick boxes exercises in our life, though. Let’s call it a Checklist of Life which states things that we need to do in life such as go to school, go to college, go to university, get a job, settle yourself, buy a house, buy a car, get married, have kids, pay bills, toil for promotions, raise the kids, go on holidays, join pension scheme, save for later years of life, settle your kids, retirement life, live on pension, stay in care homes and after all these, finally live a lonely life during the last inning of life. Is this life?
Is this why we are born – just to live or to make our life worth it?
